        I went to this location to cas...

        I went to this location to cash a check given me by their customer. They required 2 forms of ID, then said they needed my thumbprint on the check. I reluctantly complied with the thumbprint requirement, then they told me that there would also be a $7.50 cashing fee because I was not a Wells Fargo customer. I strongly objected to paying a fee for cashing a negotiable instrument given me by their customer. They claimed most banks did this. I took the check back and left the bank. Later I deposited the check along with some others at my bank. I asked the teller if a non customer wanted them to cash a check written by me would they have to pay a fee. She said no. I then told her the experience I had at Wells Fargo and their claim that most banks do this. She laughed and said no wonder they are having problems.
