Hong KONG Buffet

Hong Kong Calumet Ave. Manitowoc - For some odd reason, and I don't know why, but the owners of this restaurant suffer from the same problem as the last owners - FILTH. The bathrooms (and public areas) are REALLY REALLY dirty. The last owners were closed due to rodents and I see the same future for these owners. They need a good old fashioned lesson in cleanliness. It really is too bad too. I wish I could work there for a week because I would show them how to clean. It is the easiest (and most necessary) component to success. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
