        Overall

        Saw a therapist Andrews and Associates. John fajen is his name. How this man is able to still be allowed to see Pt's is a huge mystery to me.  the things he said and did in that office were the most wrong, unprofessional I have ever seen. And yes, I have turned him into state board for same........extremely shameful.
