Flint Hills Powersports

I took my Polaris ranger in to have a misfire repaired and was told that a new engine would be required. I agreed and had it replaced and when I went to pick it up I asked for the old engine. They said Polaris charges a core cost for the engine so I wouldn't be getting it back. Never really thought anything about it until I went to another Polaris dealership and asked them SOP on engine replacement. They told me that there isn't a core cost and their probably wasn't any reason why they just couldn't have rebuilt the upper end. I confronted the owner about this and the owner said he would make it right and never did. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy getting lied to and spending unnecessary money.
