This is a Great Paint Store!! I will never go to Home Depot again-and with all the work involved in painting why not use the best paint like Benjamin Moore or Farrow and Ball? Great service and advice too

Put this review on another popular website, but I figure I should maximize coverage so everyone can read it:



I went into this store and asked for help. The person I dealt with was gruff, curt and not particularly nice. What's more, apparently BM doesn't sell 2 oz. paint samples anymore, so you're forced to buy 9-10 dollar pints to figure out what colors you want.



I have no problems with Benjamin Moore products- they're excellent. But so are many other brands. If I'm going to spend almost DOUBLE on my paint, I expect it to be twice as good, and if it isn't, then at least the customer experience should be better. But I got friendlier and more responsive treatment from the guy at the paint counter at HOME DEPOT. Seriously, if BM is getting beaten out by Home Depot's customer service, that's saying something.



So, after getting fleeced for $30 for a few samples and getting treated like s#$t by the staff, I'm left with the impression that BM Paints are for snooty rich people who care more about the name than the quality, and they just have the money to hire someone to go pick up the paint, so what do they care about the 'customer experience'?



Screw that. I'll just buy some Behr and be done with it.
