This Dr. unfortunately, is the latter, and does not care about the quality of his work, or his patient's feelings or satisfaction. He is not an artist, he will not ensure that he does quality work, his goal is to get you in, and out even quicker. I regret going to this Dr. I am not even surewhat was supposed to be given in the syringes was. Severe bruising no improvement. I would avoid.
