        Bounce House, LLC is a quality family entertainment and birthday party venue in Mandeville, LA created in Spring of 2005 by Erick and Lori Lewko. Our goal for The Bounce House is to be an innovative and fun party environment for both boys and girls that eliminates the common problems associated with a child's birthday - weather, activities, venue, and most of all the actual task of hosting of the party. The Bounce House solves those problems with an exciting new indoor party concept. Since opening, we have hosted over 3000 private parties. We are party professionals!The Bounce House is a true family fun place. Designed as a place where parents and children can have fun together, this place is guaranteed to put a smile on the faces of everyone that sets foot inside.One thing you'll immediately notice that sets us apart from other party places is our commitment to customer satisfaction and guest safety.         Not that great

        We took our kids there for the open bounce session. Overall the idea is interesting - with several "bounce" units. However after about 30 - 45 mins the children were done, with nothing else do to. Staff isn't very friendly or helpful - and they usually don't answer when you call.

        We only offer Open Bounce on Thursdays and Fridays during the summer. Our website and phone message list all of the necessary details (times, prices, etc). We are not open otherwise except for booked private events so the phone system is voicemail based. Our Open Bounce sessions are $8 and a typical child can only run and bounce at full speed for about an hour before wearing themselves out. We provide an indoor, air conditioned playground at a very affordable price. Our staff is there to monitor our guests and help maintain a safe and easy experience. It sounds as though we provided exactly what we advertise, however, you were unhappy. We would have greatly appreciated feedback during your visit instead of via an annonymous forum with no opportunity for us to resolve your issue.
