At first I wasn't impressed with this business, because they weren't returning my calls. Turns out it was some kind of glitch in their landline. The phone wasn't even ringing in their store! After some phone calls to businesses connected to this one, it was resolved and I appreciate the extra effort they put forth in resolving it. Clearly they care.
