Your store has a wide selection of desktop computer systems. In particular, the wide variety of custom built systems which are much better than those in the big retail stores. I had a few problems getting my new computer to connect to the internet because of problems with my modem and router in less than 5 minutes we were able to resolve the internet connection problems. Tom answered all my questions and explained what the different systems could do in simple terms and in a non-condescending manner.

Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what I needed. He did not attempt to sell me something beyond what was necessary.
