He is a strange man he’s a thief he told me I need a new pump for my waterfalls he charge me $750 after he left one hour my water pump stopped working again then I called him back he Said maybe The wire not the pump After that he didn’t show up he didn’t answer his messages old phones and he didn’t want to come to Finish his job he took the money and Disappear I will take him to the cooler for a small clean and I had reported him at BBB Nj

I have been dealing with Bill @ Aqua Pro for 17+ years now. With Aqua Pro and his prior business.
I have always had very good work, and expert advise.
Delays with a seasonal business that can be affected by weather are not uncommon and sometimes uncontrollable....Just saying....

Waiting on my pool cover now for a year! Do not give money to Bill before the work is complete. Great work when he finally gets there. If you have inground steps, they were intended for someone else that paid him and never received as well. Bill, i need my cover and the other guy needs his steps.
