relatively decent place to live. Nice neighborhood, close to parks. Has new landlord replacing former unfriendly one, but new guy has carried on the dick head tradition of trapping every living thing in the area not realizing that the wildlife is an attraction to the residents. If you enjoy animal cruelty this is the place for you.

Avoid this place like the plague! Not for the price, because it is reasonable, and not for the conditions, because they are livable, but because of the management, because it is deplorable! I knew this when I first started renting here, but continued anyways. This was the biggest housing mistake I have ever made. I never knew how much grief bad management could cause at an apartment complex. I write this now, not as revenge against the complex, but because I think everyone deserves to be warned before proceeding. Good Luck!
