People are just people, old and young. Talk with each other instead complaining.

Do not rent here, and certainly not your older relatives. They are disrespectful, and discriminating. If they like you, do as they say, you are OK. They accuse you of things verbally, but show no proof of the complaints. It's their way or the highway. Not liked, or file a complaint, no renewal of lease.

Rosewood - lovely name but it more or less ends there. As far as activities go it is good if your life is sewing, knitting etc. But after living to be 78 I find that there is still more to life. Place is crowded with over weight matrons many who think they are divas and walk around looking down their noses and complaining about every little thing that bothers them. Funny thing is that management caters to them so the rest of us have to suffer through the madrid of rules and new rules that are made up on a daily basis. The real people and there are quite a number just try to skirt these queens. The management changed just about the time of the last entry here. We now have a manger and her assistant who manage to propagate gossip and lack any true management skills. We also have the luxury of a leaky roof, paint peeling on the trim and outside doors, mice starting their fall migration into the first floor apartments, There are no medic alert buttons as advertised, there is no 24 hour security, as advertised (when you ask about it your told that that is the residents job). The internet in the wellness room is basically non functional. What is pasted off as an exercise room is a bunch of stationary bikes in various states of disrepair and a tread mill of sorts.

Been living here for over 3 years and I find my neighbors very hospitable and fun to be around. Management is friendly and hospitable, it seems like they always have time to listen to your problems and needs both for your apartment and the whole complex. Maintenance is prompt and easy to get. Lots of parking. A nice park like area that is surrounded by the complex.
