The Bureau of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is a part of the Bureau of Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. The Bureau of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services offers substance abuse, rehabilitation and educational programs for alcohol and drug addicts and family members. The bureau also offers prevention, intervention and detoxification services. In addition, the Bureau of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services provides inpatient and outpatient treatment options.
