Jack's Pools & Spas

I bought my pool from Jack's, and paid close to $1000 for install. His installers came and put the pool in, but did a horrible job on the cove. Also, they used so little sand on the bottom, there is hard spots. They left a huge mess of grass and tree roots--I'm talking piles that took me weeks and a wheel barrow to get cleaned up. My sister bought at Miller pools and install was included in the price. They also left her yard clean, haling everything away. The pool top rail was scraped up and the tabs were broken off during the install. Jack said he would replace them but never did, despite me calling multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy.
