I am really not understanding, the difficulty of answering a simple phone call, regarding copies. The employee was extremely rude and lacked professionalism and basic, customer service skills....not impressed...I took my business elsewhere! If you can't answer the call, you simply tell the customer that you will politely, call them back. My copies are for students in DPS. It amazes me the lack of people skills, employees possess!
I recently received a new job with paperwork that needed to be FedEx'd back. I was sent a prepaid envelope for the paperwork to ship back. Unfortunately, my cat had vomited all over the envelope! (How embarrassing!) I couldn't send this back to my new employer, so I took it to the FedEx store in Troy and received excellent customer service. They were able to print me a new label and provided me a new shipping medium at no charge. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, can't beat that! Highly recommended!!
