Auto Ready

I was using these guys as a second opinion. It took them 2 whole days of "tests" to figure out that the problem was something entirely different than the other garage had detected. I called the second morning to get an update on the progress and the shop owner was very rude to me. Had has very poor customer service skills to say the least, along a line of many more faults. I finally ended up just picking the car up to take it to the previous Garage, and upon arrival I was told I owed 150.00!!! I about died. I left there refusing to pay a penny.After all I did pick the vehicle up in the same shape I left it with him! He said I owed for antifreeze, gas, and a sensor. None of which I asked him to put in my vehicle. I guess he got was coming to him...I left and DID NOT pay a cent!!! I don't recommend these cracks for any kind of work. I use Precision Tune in Mableton, I should've known better than to get a second opinion in the first place! I have never had bad service there.

The hours of business are posted as 8:00-5:30 M-F. They opened up at 9:00am finally but couldnt make the necessary repair to my muffler because the muffler guy dont show up until around 10:00am. Also very rude reception as I interrupted his breakfast.
