i.e., A local favorite, or highlAt one time I was looking for a tv repair guy. I had bought a tv on craigslist and go the raw ewnd of the deal. I found Rick at Doctronics and he came to my home. He not only foxed the tv i had just got but he fixed another for us. I then referred him to my mother in law. You know he has got to be good if I refered him to the in laws. I give him andf that company 5 starsy recommended because

Rick was the RIGHT CHOICE! Returned my call "promptly", repaired next day. If I would've waited, it would've been worst. Repaired my TV with top of the line parts, and did the job at my house. Certified, Insured, on the BBB, Takes Credit Cards, Knowledgable with a Great Attitude. $40 estimate went towards the cost of repairs. I paid $250 and it was well worth it. He even gave me insight about other tv sets I owned. Referred me to a PC repair man (Mr.Gadgets) for my dead laptop hard drive, and told me about a sweet Cell Phone Service (WowMovbile) that sounds better than any deal out there. I will refer Rick of Doctronics to everyone and will have him service my tvs if need be in the future. Saved my 65in, and saved me from boredom or the expensive of a new tv.

Rick has been absolutely awsome.Not only did he fix my 55 inch Sony in 2 days time (as promised) but I also mentioned that I had an older model Sony that was not working righ. He said to call him and tell him what the simptoms were and if it was worth the trouble fixing.I did that and he told me that it was not worth it where someone else would have put in a temporary fix (that would last until the warranty was over then die). I was really impressed with that kind of honesty. A rare trait in any kind of repairmen.

EXCELLENT!!!! Is all i have to say about my experience with Doctronics. I called Rick on a Tuesday afternoon, He arrived on Wednesday afternoon, as promised, shortly after 1PM and by 1:45PM the set was fixed and he was ready to go, Not only did he save me more then Half of what another company wanted to charge me BUT came to my home was personable, professional, and quick. Our 32 inch Sony wouldn't power on and of all the places I called (12 total) this guy was the only one that called me back. He was punctual, professional and repaired our tv great. Im relieved that we didnt have to buy another tv set and when we needed him to make a follow up visit, that was a great experience too. he has a great personality and I give this guy a thumbs up!

When I first read the reviews I was wondering if they were written by the company; as you can see they are all phenomenal. As a New Tampa it is absolutely refreshing to meet someone with pure business integrity and complete competency at their craft. Rick (owner) showed up the same day that we communicated. I told him my issue on my 65 inch Sony (HD) which is 5 years old. He came to my house (no fees for travel) and was courteous to my wife and kids (I value this). As we discussed over the phone he came with the parts on hand and granted me the price we discussed over the phone (no upselling or miscues). Not only did he fix the issue but he went above and beyond cleaning other parts of the TV and fine tuning my picture before he left. Not only would I recommend Doctronics (Rick) to my neighbors...I would insist they use him. I will without question use him again for any future Electronic issues.

Poor customer service! fair pricing but, keeps promising to show up to fix t.v and I keep waiting and waiting and waiting. Dont make plans you will never make them. Plus he Couldnt even fix either of my 2 t.v's which he said he could after charging me 50 bucks to look at them.

Friendly, professional, great prices for services offered and will even come out to home to give estimate most of all back up work with a 90 day warranty. Great company overall.....
