This Company came to my resident to service my Furnace/Heating system. There is a vibration that is causing the unit to shut down. The technician arrived on a 70+ degrees day, unannounced. After quite some he stated that he could not find a problem. Almost when he was exiting the house the system started to vibrate once again, so then he reconsidered and went back to check the unit. He made some suggestions, but yet they stated to the Warranty company that there is not problem, even when their invoice says something different, so the Warranty company has closed the claimed, and yet I still have a problem with the system. The have failed to find the problem and do not want to come back to find the problem.
