Terrible experience . I've been waiting now 2 months for my floors to come in. I paid for my flooring up front and they keep telling me every week my floors will come in and they don't . I'm about to have to file criminal charges against them . We are ready to move into our home that we built but we can't because they have taken our money and we have no floors!!! These people will lie to your face over and over again! They are quick to come measure the job and ask for all the material money up front , but don't plan on being able to get in touch with them after that. They will not answer your calls unless you call from a different number . Please spare yourself & order from a reputable dealer!! This has been a complete nightmare with these people. Such an exciting time in our life where , building our dream home & then dealing with this here at the end , NOT fun!! They will not give me my money back either! They keep saying the floors are in their way but they don't know where they are

I had the same experience as Angela, and it was during the same time frame. They were quick to come measure and supposedly order the materials. I was initially told 2 to 2.5 weeks to install. However, 3 weeks rolled around and nothing. I started calling everyday and no one would answer or return my calls. I sent my mother to the store to ask what was going on. When she left, they immediately called and set up a time to install the next week. It was delayed multiple times. I eventually had to go up there myself. My carpet was finally installed, but my tile was never delivered. I was told when they finally opened the box of tile that it was broken, and it would be reordered the following week. Three weeks later... nothing. I made another trip to the store and was told my tile would be on the truck for Tuesday. It was not. I guess they were tired of dealing with me wanting my tile installed, so they just refunded my money. Extremely poor customer service. Use someone else!!!

They came to a home we bought to place flooring as they were the original contractors who did the flooring 10 years ago. They came, measured and told us they could get the flooring in question. I paid them for the material and allegedly they ordered it 3/15/2016. We have heard nothing. They would not answer their phones for 3 weeks. I drove down on a Monday last week and the lady assured me the floors would be "on Thursday's truck" (04/21/2016) and of course they weren't. They told our interior decorator that the floors were on backorder the same time. They told my wife Friday 4/22 that Tiffany the girl who provides refunds was not in the office and could not refund our money until she came in. Now its Tuesday evening and.....nothing. Beware!!
