Don't buy from these people. I've been dealing with an issue with them for months. I've reached out to corporate office but unfortunately was told Ashley in lubbock was not corporate owned. The customer services is rated a/n F! I have Soooooo much negative things to say bout this place. Just be careful buying from these Dirty, non-professional, Sorry customer service and Dishonest place!! You've been Warned..!

THEY LIE AND DO NOT CARE AFTER THEY MAKE THE SALE ... I COULD WRITE A COLUM ... BUT ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD.

I purchased a chair, and found out later they do not have any in stock and will be a 2 to 6 week wait.



I cancelled the order both verbally and in writing. Today I received a call that was requesting a delivery time. 6 days later.



They are trying to charge a 25% restocking fee, even with out the item being shipped from their supplier



If you wish to purchase from Ashley you might as well go on line and order via the internet as that is what they do from the factory.



They also told me that the manager does not have the authority to grant refunds. I find this to be questionable.



All they have to do to improve is give great customer service vs trying to run it like a used car business
