Office Staff

They couldn't see me all week to treat my high blood pressure and severe anxiety, but they wanted to see me on Friday to discuss my facebook page and tell me they were dropping me. I have always been friendly and respectful win person or on the phone. Sheryl, the woman that called me was rude and condescending. I have no complaints with Dr. Meier's care but the staff needs to learn how to communicate with patient's under duress. My BP is is stroke level because of them.

looking 4 new dr.

I started here a couple years ago when I outgrew pediatrics I got Dr. Lixy probably one of the most discontented people ever met she never seems like she wants to be there treats you like an idiot I had a problem with my foot she kept telling me nothing was wrong saw a diff Dr looked at my xray for 5 sec diagnosed me with a birth defect 2 surgeries later she still doesn't know the name of my condition. Pretty much looking for a new doctor since at this point if something wrong I go to the er or a urgent care before I go back to them

Receptionist on the phone is very rude. Transfers you back to the phone menu. What happened to customer service? Would do any good to tell the Dr. ?

Every time I call to ask a que...

Every time I call to ask a question, the receptionists are very rude. One lady even made me cry on the phone and then hung up on me, because I asked her to find out the answer to a question I had about my health condition. Another time, when the receptionist called to tell me my test results, I asked her for further clarification about what I was supposed to do to treat my condition and was told I would have to call back another time to make an appointment with Dr. Lixie to discuss it. Overall very displeased with the way I was treated. I was concerned about my health and was offered no help, no advice, no answers, and absolutely no reassurance that things were going to be ok. Not a compassionate staff, aside from the two medical assistants.
