I manage a 152 unit apartment community in Grand Rapids. We have used Crystal Carpet for years. The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have emergency they are very quick to respond. Brad and Chad in the office are always very nice and understanding when I need something right away. The guys that actually come out to the property do a great job, always professional.
Recently we put a new, specialty carpet in our master bedroom. Unknown to myself, I had some tractor grease in the tread of my shoe and it came off on the plush carpet when I walked through the room. My wife panicked and I phoned Crystal Carpet. They came out and solved the problem quickly and easily. Our fear of having to replace brand new carpet was quickly abated by the excellent work of Crystal Carpet. Thank you for solving a huge problem for us. The service was excellent.
Working in a fast pace environment often creates time sensative deadlines that need to be met in order to exceed our resident's expectation. The staff at Crystal Carpet is friendly, professional and most of all bend over backwards to meet the tight deadlines we are often faced with. Crystal Carpet Care did a great job at our house, I run a daycare and we recently got a puppy, Todd and Kevin were great, they even got out stains that were in the house when we purchased it that Stanley Steemer couldn't get out! They just gave extra effort and were so nice!
