This company is horrible. They brag that they can get more auto loans approved than any other finance company. It's true. They'll get you a loan, at a rate of at least 25% interest. God forbid you're a couple days late making a payment too because they immediately send a notice to your employer stating that they want to garnish your wages. Then they start harassing you and all of your family members by phone. Still wondering how they got those phone numbers because they weren't listed as cosigners or credit references on the loan application. Trust me when I tell you not to get a loan through citizens finance. I know loan sharks that are more forgiving.

Paid off my loan and got the title with their name still on it. It's up to me and my money to transfer title. Really?

Called about taking out another loan to buy a car and was told the seller would have to come into their office to sign. From Holland Michigan? I dont think so. They already ran my credit again before I agreed to anything.

They don't take debit cards for payment but they take the account and routing number from the same debit card and it goes through fine. Unless you tell them it's a debit card then they argue it won't work.

Not faulting the employees but not good karma from the customers viewpoint. A very low rent joint.
