To consumer USA from 2012. Dave Lay did not own the business in 2012. Dave is very well liked and one of the most honest people. I know a lot people that are very happy and satisfied with the work they have done. I would highly recommend Dave Lay automotive

I have used Dave' Lay's for over 20 years (use to be Jim Millers) and have found them to be honest, service in a timely fashion and the price to be fair. I use to do most of my auto repairs so I know what should be done and what the cost should be. Yes, the place is not immaculate, but then again your not paying for all that. His labor charge rates are considerably lower than dealerships and they have always stood behind any work they had done. The general their philosophy is to fix your car like they would for their sister. Make sure it is safe and reliable, but not perform work that is not really needed.

One of the most incompetent businesses I have ever dealt with. Terrible service. Incorrect diagnosis. Kept my vehicle for 4 days and it was still not fixed. Charged me the full fee for parts and labor anyway. Very dirty facility. I know others who have had similar experiences. Does not deserve to be in business.
