Their serviceman did a furnace "tune up" on our few-years-old furnace. Didn't change filter, left a dirty temp sensor that made the furnace start blowing cold air into our home (another technician had to come clean it a week later), left the thermostat turned off and turned off the water valve to our humidifier. Six weeks later we are still trying to resolve the damage done to the humidifier because it was left bone dry for so long. To top it all, the first tech's supervisor hung up the phone on us when we demanded he come repair the humidifier and supply a clean furnace filter.
