Yesterday I had a very tasty burrito: Jalapeno/Cheddar tortilla, rice, black beans, pork carnitas, hot (in name) pico, and sour cream. I mentioned at the beginning and end of ordering that we wanted the Thursday Special: buy a regular burrito and two medium drinks, get a second equal-or-lesser-price burrito free. After I paid the $13.50 tab, I started wondering if it was right. Their posted prices: Regular Burrito $5.99, Sour Cream $0.60, each medium drink $1.99. Pre-tax total: $10.57. So either Loveland taxes are nearly 28%, or I got overcharged. I guess it will be several more years before I go back again.
