Let me tell you about my buddy Danny P! :)

Everytime our paths cross, which has been often over the last few years, the sun shines brighter. Birds sing. It's strange how one person can have the ability to make others happy so much so, that I can't stop smiling when we speak or I'm in his company. He makes me laugh with such ease, it feels effortless. And it probably is. He probably doesn't try at all to be so great.
He's just one of those rare, hard to find- Pure People. That's the word that comes to mind when I think of my buddy Danny. Pure.
If there is a heaven, he's got a skip the line-straight to the front ticket at the gates.
But! While we're still breathing, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude to have someone like him in my life. I am better for it. He reminds me that's it's actually ok to be a good person today in a world where that feels almost obsolete.
He towed my car today. Amazing.
Someone once told me, a friend will be there to walk along side you while you are on your path, to share in your experiences and to be with you along your way. A good friend, will bring you water for that path along the way. He's a true friend of mine, and let me tell you, I don't have many of those left today.
Danny, just, thank you friend.
I've needed a lot of water over the past few years. Danny was always right there. Water in hand with a smile of one of the purest hearts I've had the pleasure to meet.

Consider yourself lucky if your car breaks down and he ends up being the one to show up and help. Forget the car problems. It's finding people like him that gives me hope for the future and keeps me fighting the fight of everyday life.

Driver Danny P (Danny Pantoja) was a very talented and courteous driver. He was careful of me and the car, and very professional. He knows his work! when he got my car hooked up, the rain began and poured down. He carefully and expertly got the car to where it needed to go, called to confirm that he and the car made it safe and sound and that the mechanic would have the right information when they got into work the next day. I had an unusual request to be picked up. A vintage baby grand piano that I was going to make into a coffee table. Scott at STS was awesome in coordinating it and the driver Eric was super cool and courteous. Class act, pickup was on time, deliver was on time and Eric even helped me unload the piano. Great company! Highly recommend these guys.

I have an international 4700, which had a blow out in the left front in I 64. I was stuck with a big trailer and very hot horses on the inside emergency lane next to concrete wall. I had called 911 and 6 other towing services no one would come on a Sat evening. Finally called suburban towing. Dispatch was wonderful, since I was a girl in an emergency and had no clue of some of the questions he asked about the truck. He gave me a quote over the phone, and I went ahead and paid. Driver was a little slow getting there but with the traffic a weekend, and that the truck was beat up pretty badly but the horses and I were ok I understand. The driver called came hooked up the truck which had to have other things done to tow it due to its size, which if had not been done would have seriously damaged the truck. All of which I had no clue about, then hauled it all the way back home. In hooked it even put it on blocks.
The quote that they gave me ended up being $100. LESS that originally quoted.☺

I own a local repair shop and after hours a customer had a truck towed in by Suburban. They could not get back a hold of the customer to complete the tow and in turn IMPOUNDED the truck! Now they wont release the truck with out a tow fee, impound fee, storage fees and a BMV contact fee. A 3 mile tow on a F150 will no cost my customer over $200! ALL my other tows would have been $65 or LESS from ANYONE else. Just for the record we use Bennett's towing. I guess someone has to pay for all of Suburban's shiny trucks.

I called J-Town Towing and had problems with them from the Get-Go. I didnt know what Model truck I was driving but I did know what Make it was(Isuzu). J-Town couldnt help me at all with that. I told them I knew how much my truck weighed which was 7tons (14000lbs). That didnt matter to J-Town. So I asked can you tow a semi. J-Town said Yes but they needed to know what Model truck I was in. I didnt know what I was in Couldnt find it either because it wasnt marked anywhere on truck. I suggested they send me a tow truck that could tow a semi because I knew that would tow me Jtown replied they couldnt do it. I hung up before I get to MAD. I then Called Suburban Towing. Told Dispatch their same thing I told J-Town. Suburban had no problem what so ever with the information I was giving them. They even Stated that me giving them my weight helps them out alot. So i told them what J-Town had said and done. Dispatch started laughing thought that was stupid on their part. So Needless to say I will never Call J-Town for any towing need and recommend nobody to but DO CALL SUBURBAN they will help you out no matter what. They tow driver was also very polite, professional, and we even had a great conversation on the way to the repair shop. He even gave me a ride back to where I work to drop me off. So Call Suburban they will Help you get to where you need to be.
