I have tried for hours to sent a letter to the editor. However, when I fill out the form provided, your service refuses to send it. I am told that I have a wrong "Captsha." I repeatedly filled in the box with the letters exactly like they are provided, changing images each time.



In the past, I have sent letters using C-J's e-mail address which was provided in the paper. However, now I cannot find the e-mail address, nor have I any way known to me to send the form I have filled in about eight times. Apparent;y, you do not even provide a help option when in trouble. Why discourage letters to the editor?



As I long-time subscriber, I am thoroughly disgusted with the format and service you provide through the Internet. I wonder if subscribing to home delivery is worth it!
