Classie Express Car Wash

I come to get a car wash and can't leave because I now have a flat on the front passenger side of my just rotated and checked, fairly new tires. And all the new owner keeps saying is we have had over 200 cars in here with no flats. Well I know my Chrysler van told him you are not God and you don't know where it happened at. He claims I had nail in it before like it couldn't have happened here. No nail just some kind a puncture hole that could have come from anything. All I know I was driving along fine with no issues until it goes through your car wash. In stead of being helpful he wants to make it clear it's not his fault. Meanwhile I am delayed as I await help. Then he sends one of the workers to ask if I would move my car and ruin my tire warranty or risk damaging it and my rim. I said no. I am so pissed. Last time for me. I was not offered an incident or claim form or refund and I had pre-tipped.

I will never use them again. They want to charge me $2.00 extra on a $12.00 caw wash because my new ford escape same size as a Toyota RAV 4 or a Honda CR-V) is an "oversized" vehicle." There was a full size Caddy next to me, bigger than my car but that was treated as regular size. The reason? My car has 5 doors! Just a way to chisel a couple of extra bucks. There are other and better choices for a car wash.

This establishment was managed by Keith O'Neil for 30+ years. He was so dishonest that the owner had to end up firing him for buying & selling stolen property on the premises. It's a matter of public record...look it up. The quality of work done under his supervision was always substandard. As far as the previous users comments regarding Metro Police cars being washed here...it was a Metro Police sting operation that caught this guy in the act...(buying & selling stolen property)

I commend them for not only catching this guy, but as a result of their work....he was fired. Now maybe I'll go back.

Don't believe all of this junk that you are reading on here from all of these other folks. I have been to the establishment before and had my cars washed and handwaxed before and have had nothing but good service from them. Most of the people complaining have a previous scratch or dent to the car that has obviously been done months before the wash was performed. Don't take a few people's complaints for a bad business. Keep in mind that ALL of our Metro/Police cars are serviced and detailed at these locations. Even secret service individuals so if you want your car washed or maintained they are the BEST in the business. F*** everyone else. I love Classie Car Wash.

Classie car wash broke my front seat when they were cleaning it. After I went back to inform of their mishap, I was told that I couldn't prove that they did it and to fix it myself. The manager Keith O'Neil went so far as to accuse me of knowing that my seat was broken previously and trying to blame it on them. I had my receipt showing that I had been there an hour before, but still refused to fix it or refund any expense that I might incur trying to fix it. They are shady, shady, shady. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!
