        Bluegrass Laser, 1400 poplar level rd. - - - attention: Dr. Blair
        i am wondering if there is any way work can be done without the restraining tape across the forehead. the tape was applied probably ten minutes before the surgery. i understand the reason for the immobilizing, but i would appreciate a shorter time in the restraint. am very happy with the outcome and my regular doc says everything looks good.
