COMPLAINT: June 28th invoice #102410- We were quoted a price by Blake for service specifying that we would like the cleaning of the inside of the oven. We were told by on-sight personnel (Florcely and Maria) that it would cost an additional hour to clean the inside of the stove on top of the $161.69 we were paying for 3 hours. When reading the invoice receipt after they left we noticed it stated "inside of oven" which was not done. Two things I noticed is only half of the top of the fridge was cleaned and no dusting or cleaning was done to the faux fireplace. "

"We have completely our internal review of this situation and would like to offer to have the crew return tomorrow to address these issues (for one hour) at no additional cost to you.

Dear Jessie,

I am very sorry to let you know that Florcely will not be able to come today, but offered to come tomorrow if that will work for you.

Please forgive any inconvenience this may cause you today.. She never arrives the next day. I leave a very upset message..I ask for a refund..no response. I cancel my check. And then get charged 7/11/2012 for 141.69 and 161.69 Today 8/20/2012



Resolution Sought: Refund me my money of 141.69 (charged on 7/11/2012) and 161.69 (charged on 8/20/2012).
