We had an after hours emergency with a leaking pipe that was acitvely leaking even with it turned off under the sink. We first called Roto Rooter and they actually told me it would be a couple days before they could get someone over to take a look?!?!? Then asked me for my info@*! I asked are you kidding? I said no thanks and that we would call another business. When we called sessions, he explained that we would be charged an after hours fee and asked if it would be alright if he brought he is nephew because that way he would be able to rush right over. We were like please do. Just come help! :) He had our problem fixed within an hour after he got there. He had the parts on him that was needed. We were so thankful.
