Bud Clary Paint & Collision

I had such a good experience w Bud Clary Paint & Collision. Had an unfortunate accident and that sucked. But the staff was so cooperative and accommodating. So friendly and made sure every thing was exactly as it should be and worked with me in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them and go back. But hopefully i don’t need to!

Can you put NEGATIVES in from tot the stars!!

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! we took our BRAND NEW 2014 van in for a small dent on the rear bumper. They had the van for TWO weeks!! and it came back worse than when we took it in. We got the van back in complete nasty disarray. It was dirty there were greasy marks all over the steering wheel, the doors, the radio station was changed the back where they "repaired" it was filthy. We then took it back.. so they could fix what they had already "fixed" and they said they would detail it before it was returned to us... NOPE! i'm sorry but greasy marks on steering wheel were still there, still crumbs between the seats, gas tank EMPTY!! what the heck is that! Did not take it in on EMPTY that's for sure.. there are some marks on the inside of the bumper that WERE NOT there the repair job is still not done!! NEVER EVER again would I take my vehicle there!! NEVER!! Complete disappointment

In early October of this year I learned that this business does not care about customer service. This is my experience: after taking my information the receptionist walked over to a group of men who had been talking about their football fantasy picks, asked who would "like" to take a look at my car. This was 45 min. before closing time. Even though there were 6-8 men sitting in front of computers not one was willing to speak to me or give me an indication as to how long I should wait. They were ok with making me wait and wait and wait without a hint as to when someone could pull themselves away from their computers. Finally one man got up and walked over to the other men to inform them that he "just made 80%" on something. As I was walking out I saw in my rear view mirror a man with a clipboard "ready" to help. I have used this company before, but there are other more courteous collision repairs shops in town who value my time. I recommend steering clear of Bud Clary Collision repair and drive over to Behrends Auto Body instead.
