I am so frustrated with these new people. TO MAKE SURE they got my payment (never will I pay them online), I taped it to the waste can last week. It's been taken and cashed. Yet, the uncollected waste sits there at the end of the driveway. I hate to do it, but I'm going back to the established waste removal. Ugh.

I have been using Archer Waste since November 2013. We have always been billed quarterly. When we first started with them, they accidentally billed us for the entire quarter instead of just 2 months. I called and it was taken care of with no problem. In the 2 years I have used them, they have been great. They have come up to the house and pulled my container down when I have forgotten to put it out. They have allowed me to put bulky items down from time to time too. I would recommend Archer. I think they are great people.
I gave Archer Waste one star (under the new owners) because I had too. We have been using Archer waste since they started business, at that time they were using only a truck and a trailer. Awesome people to do business with. If we had forgotten to pull our trash to the road, the guys would come and get our can. If we forgot to pay our bill or whatever the case may have been they were understanding. New owners have recently taken over. During the process statements were not sent out for 3 months. I'm an out of sight out of mind person, so I did get behind. I had paid two months and had one more month to pay when I got my bill stating that if I didn't pay the said amount by said date my service would be interrupted. I called and spoke to the NEW owner. He did not want to take responsibility for not sending out the statements for three months and he could not justify the two additional "late fees" that were on my bill. In seven years of doing business with this company, I never saw a late fee. He then went on to tell me after August 15th I would be 6 months behind. I always paid monthly, but they decided the terms would be 3 months in advance, that's fine. I explained to him that I would not be able to pay the $100+ by August 15th. He was not willing to work with me or never offered to allow me to pay it up. They came and pick up our can on the 15th. Since they have taken over there have been times that our trash has not even been picked. Like I said before, the last crew would have came and got the trash regardless if it was by the road or not. The lady that does the billing is not of American decent and is hard to understand. These people are greedy and I do not recommend them. I technically was not late. They didn't not wait, they came and got their can. Bad business, bad customer service.
