Sky Jump City

The owner himself treated me like dirt when I came to get a refund for a party their staff double booked. Literally he refused the return of my money and talked to me like scum. I'll never step foot in the place again.

I had a birthday party there and it was fun. You only get an hour to have your party, so it's hard to eat cake, open gifts, while containing children. It is a little dark in the party area but if they prop the outside door open it's ok. I payed for a preferred package and didn't get the token for the jumping thing til I payed, by then every guest had already left. Now I have to track down each person.

Had a birthday party here on May 12th - experience was great. I had awesome customer service and my party hostess rocked it! It was the easiest birthday party I ever gave - I actually got to sit back and relax and let the employees do all the work while I got to actually enjoy one of my childs party for once. I have 3 boys and I will be a repeat customer! Loved it and you will too!!!

The staff is very friendly and does their best at answering any questions that a parent might have. The party hostess' are great at getting the kids pumped up and ready for the birthday party. Their prices on everything are very reasonable! I would recommend Sky Jump City to anyone who has children!

I just love this place I brought my sisters in to play and the price was very reasonable for an all day pass.. And staff was very friendly. They even told me about their party packages I will be back

sky jump city is a WONDERFUL place for children to play and have their birthday parties. everything is reasonably priced and well explained. staff members are very respectful and helpful as well. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to have their children birthday parties there. management was on top of their game and trained their staff VERY WELL.. it's located in Longview mall.. go there and check it out.. its worth it, they also do baby sitting on the weekends up to four hours. let's be real what other kid play place does that?? my kids loved it : )

I love this place! My son had a blast! The customer service was great! They were so friendly and sweet! The birthday parties are awesome too! My son loves this place so much! It's awesome!

This place was awesome for birthdays! My children had an absolute blast!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definetly be back for future birthdays.



Pricing was reasonable and explained well. I felt like this was a great value for my money. I don't see how there are hidden fees or costs - everything was explained up front to me. I will be back!!!!

Had my son birthday party here and $40 hidden fees not quoted at the time I booked the party. When I complained to manager she told me I could have party somewhere else
