I have been processing credit cards with Don Esch of 2C Processor USA for over 6 years now. Don has given us great rates, excellent service, and he is local. He is honest and explains the rates, even showing us where competitor’s offers are deceptive and misleading. Once, when our machine was down because of a storm in the area, Don responded the same day with a new terminal. He is a personal friend, and we have stayed with him due to the excellent service, great rates, and timely problem resolution he has provided for us on a local basis.
