Your cervical spinal nerves lie in small openings between your vertebrae. These nerves can become irritated, inflamed, compressed or “pinched” if your structural system is even slightly distorted or out of its proper position. I have been to many chiropractors before, but I have never had such a wonderful experience than visiting Long Beach Spine and Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Callotta and her team really care about understanding why you are visiting them, and they work on the appropriate treatment plan specifically for your needs. I personally experience migraines often and with the treatment plan Dr. Callotta and her staff have put in place, they have been able to help tremendously. Dr. Callotta introduced me to Cranial Adjusting which adjusts my cranium and skull, along with traditional spinal manipulation. These treatments have nearly eliminating my migraines and have allowed me to live a fuller and healthier lifestyle. They also offer massage therapy, which has been extremely beneficial as well. I would not go to or recommend another Chiropractic Health Center other than LBSR.
