        Overall

        I had a question on fence posts I ordered over the phone. I spoke with Cathleen which was very professional and nice. For some reason my question went over to Mrs Penny. I am still shaking my head on where the conversation went. She was really rude and told me the customer isn't always right and that she did not need my business. I could not get a word in edge wise. This women was just out right rude. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
