Thanks to this walk-in clinic for making my visit comfortable and informative. I had been here for a serious migraine issue and was seen by doctor Amir. He was excellent and very skilled at his job. It was only 10 minutes I sat around waiting and was called to be seen. The waiting room was also nice and immaculate with all the facilities like cable TV not to make waiting patients feel bore. I had been through the easy sign in and billing process where they took my insurance detail. The staff is very professional everyone knew their duty very well. Doctor Amir asked me several questions and it seemed like that he wanted to get deep into the problem and trying to find out the root. Finally, they filled the prescription of medicines to be on my way to recovery and I ended up my visit.

Thought about hacking a star off for the long wait time. Except, their service was amazing and the staff was also very friendly and nice. The waiting room was impeccable with TV , comfy cushions and other facilities so that you can at least be entertained during the waiting hour. I went to clear up my ear infection and was treated appropriately. Doctor Syed was really an amazing person. His kind words and bedside manner made me feel comfortable. The nurse who helped me out during some test was also friendly and knowledgeable. My infection was diagnosed and doctor Syed ended up filling the prescriptions. It took me three days to clear up the infection totally. I was satisfied with the way I got treated and will think about this walk-in clinic if I’m in need of an urgent care in the future.

I found this walk in clinic truly blessing after spending three days with a sore throat that gradually developed into severe pain. When the back of my throat inflamed and started giving unbearable pain than I thought it won’t be wise to spend time and rode away to this urgent care clinic. It was almost 4 in the evening when I reached. As it was a walk in and I didn’t have any appointment and was surprised to see that within 5 minutes I was able to meet the doctor, despite the waiting room looked like it was filled with patients. The receptionist didn’t take more than five minutes in the sign in process and she took my ID and insurance details. When I met doctor Amir I was really impressed with his bedside manner. He took time to listen to me and filled the prescription after careful examination of my back throat. I was in and out of their clinic in less than 30 minutes. They look very professional and everyone is very kind, quick and knowledgeable and knew their responsibilities very well. The medicines were effective to make me feel better within 24 hours and the pharyngitis cleared up in three days.

It was an unbearable ear ache that made my way to this walk-in clinic. First, I was a bit apprehensive about going to an urgent care after having a bad experience with another one. But my ear ache was too bad and primary doctor’s office was close since it was a Sunday. I thought of seeing it as soon as possible and arrived at their clinic by 9 a.m. I got in. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly. She took my insurance card and I had to fill out a few forms since it was my first visit. After a few minutes wait, I met Dr. Amir and he checked my ears. His friendly and bedside manner instantly made me feel at ease. He said it was some kind of outer ear infection and prescribed me some drops for a week. They filled the prescription and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. After two days of using medication I got relief from pain but felt like clogged ear. I called to speak with the Doctor and he responded generously. My ear was totally cleared up within one week as he said.



It was a nice experience with this walk-in clinic and I appreciate their services much.

It was a hard time for me as I was suffering bad cough and my family doctor was out of the city. I was scared of developing Asthma and immediately rushed to urgent care after left without treating for three days. I arrived the clinic at 9 a.m on Wednesday and got in. Gone through the smooth registration process and called in to see the doctor within five minutes. The nurse who attended me was very professional and she asked some questions about my health before I was able to see the doctor. Dr. Hatem was very skilled and efficient. First, he asked me a few questions and prescribed a set of test. It was performed carefully by the nurse completed within a few minutes. Finally, he came with a solution and prescribed some medicines to clear up the allergic infection that was causing coughing trouble. It took me almost half an hour in between check in and check out from their clinic.



I was amazed with their professionalism, care and the way of diagnosis. From the girl who I met in reception to the doctor who I am thankful to, everyone was very nice and super friendly.

I received an excellent care form this walk-in clinic. They did everything what it takes to help me. I made an appointment by 9 a.m. on Wednesday to check the pink eye I had. The friendly front office staff, atmosphere in the waiting room everything was nice and immaculate. They had good options like cable TV, magazines for the waiting patients. The nurse who took my vitals was very friendly and kind. I met Dr. Amir, he was professional and very knowledgeable. His bedside manner made me feel easy with him. Our conversation seems like as if I was talking to a friend who I knew for years. He checked my eyes, wrote up a prescription and gave me some advice on what to look for a quick recovery. And I drove off from their clinic within half an hour.



I was really amazed with the service and care received from them. It was of great help to get my pink eye problem resolved within two days.

I am so lucky to find a walk-in clinic like this on a day when I felt as if all my strength had gone. I had a hard time breathing with severe cough. On the day of my arrival it was 6 P.M and they were not busy. Normally they close at 9 P.M during the weekend. This urgent care facility was very clean and their staff were professional to make anyone impressed. Dr. Smith is one of the best doctor. His bedside manner made me feel ease at instant. He was efficient and thorough and was able to find out the cause of my suffering was almost pneumonia. He gave me some advice on what to look for a quick recovery and sent me back on my way with the prescription.

After three days, I received a call from their clinic regarding a follow up if my condition had not improved. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic and at present I have fixed it as my primary care.

I had been to this urgent care after having a fall by loosing balance. I had injured my ankles and it swelled hurting too much to stand on. My friend accompanied me to their walk-in clinic. We arrived by 10 A.M and parked my car at the CONVENIENT parking place they provided around the corner. We checked into their clinics and got registered after filling the paper works. They have flat screen TVs, beverages and comfortable sofas for waiting patient. After 10 minutes wait a nurse came and she ushered me to x-ray room. They had digital x-ray on the spot and it was done within a few minutes. The kind and courteous x-ray boy took his time to make the process easy and comfortable for me. Later, I was seen by Doctor Syed and his bedside manner made me instantly feel at ease with him. They brace up my ankle and ended up with the best possible care they could do. I drove off from their clinic in less than an hour.

Overall my experience was satisfactory. Their staffs were accommodating and nice

I had been to this walk in clinic last Sunday. Generally, I would have preferred to visit a doctor at the UT Medical center at cheaper rate. But it was closed on Sunday and unbearable headache with stuffy nose made me visit here.



Overall, I had a positive experience. Their staffs are very friendly and I received care as I expected. Wait time was merely 5 minutes. The flat screen TV in the waiting room and some books and magazines were good options for the waiting patients. The nurse who took my vitals was kind and nice. She ushered me to another room where I met the Dr Amer.



He was very friendly and did his best to get me relief from the sinusitis. I got all the prescribed medicines here itself and finally met the happy cashier and went home satisfied. I paid $30 as co-pay. But I guess it may be a lot without insurance..!

I don’t prefer to visit urgent care because of the long wait time. Earlier I had been to a couple of other urgent care facility in my area. But nobody could live up my expectation.



But this time it was a different. I drove by this clinic for a fracture in my elbow. I banged up my elbow badly and It was giving much pain. I wanted to check if any bones were broken. When I arrived, the front desk guy greeted me with a good morning wish. She proceeded for the formalities and make me fill the standard paper works, since it was my first visit. It was the only wait time (a mere 5 minutes) and as soon as completed a nurse came to take my vitals. I was taken to the x-ray room and it was done within 10 minutes. Fortunately, I didn’t have any broken bones or movement of joints. It was a simple sprain. Dr. Brenton greeted me with concern and prescribed a medication for easing the pain. And asked me to use the prescribed ketoprofen gel if swelling doesn’t reduce on its own.



Overall, my experience was satisfactory and I was amazed with the level of service they provided. It really appears to be a good urgent care facility.

I got an injury in my ankle while playing basketball. Though it was giving pain, I didn’t mind it at first. But, quickly I realized that it was either a sprain or I have broken bones. I Google a nearby urgent care and made a choice to visit here. After making an appointment I got into their clinic on a Saturday evening.



The front desk guy greeted me and after filing the paperwork I waited for a few minutes in the waiting room. Then I was called in to see the doctor. Dr. smith was really cool. He asked me in detail how the strain happened and recommended for an X-ray. Digital x-ray facility is available here and it was done quickly to see if any bones were broken. When I got the result, I took a sigh of relief as no bones were broken in my ankles. It was a simple sprain. They were able to give me a boot and crutches and send me back happily.



Their staffs were super professional and helpful. Overall I had a great experience here. I recommend this urgent care for everyone who need care with compassion.

I was on vacation and picked up the flu. It was not getting better and grew worse after three days of reaching my home. My regular doctor was out of the city and I couldn’t wait to see him. It was Saturday I made my way to their urgent care clinic. I chose this because of my friend’s suggestion who had similar symptoms and received reasonable treatment here.



I arrived here by 8. 45 A.M in the morning and the clinic was already open. The smart looking front desk girl greeted me and asked to fill up the standard paperwork. After a little while in the waiting room, I was brought into an exam room by a nurse to take my vital signs. She asked some questions which I answered thoroughly.



At 9.05 A.M I met Dr. Peter. His behavior and way of treating patient really impressed me. He wanted to get into the root of the problem and I described everything how did I pick up the flu. After a brief check up, he confirmed that I didn’t have a bronchitis infection that I feared. But it was somewhat different than normal case of the flu. He prescribed me an antibiotic with a cough medicine and asked to let him know if things didn’t improve in a few days. I left their office by 9.25 A.M.



Their professional and friendly staffs really deserve appreciation for the fast and efficient service they provide. Special thanks to Dr. Peter, who was Knowledgeable, kind and to the point.

Excellent service! Immaculate clinic! I went to their clinic to check out a sprain I got while slipped from the stairs.



Everything I noticed here from check-in to check out was well run and professionally managed. For instance, when I was in waiting room a man sitting next to me was coughing uncontrollably. Then a guy came from around the front desk and ask him to wear a mask he provided.



No more waiting anywhere. Within five minutes of my checked-in I was called to see the doctor. Dr. Smith was friendly and knowledgeable. My hand was little inflamed so he recommended an x-ray to check if any bones were broken.



The facilities of digital x-ray and the assistant present there were very nice. Within a few minutes I got my x-ray result. Fortunately, there were no broken bones.



Finally, he sent me home with a prescription and word of assurance that It will be normal soon.



I had a insurance and the billing they prepared for me including everything was reasonable as far as my knowledge is concerned.

During the weekend I was crippled by a miserable ear infection. It was aching and I felt helpless and just wanted to get some relief. I am little skeptical about getting into an urgent care that makes people seat for long in a waiting room. I walked in to the DIC clinic because of my friend’s suggestion who told about his good experience with them. As I get into their office, the front desk girl greeted and checked me in. My apprehension was eased by the gentle and kind nurse who took my vitals within a few minutes of arrival and informed I’ll be meeting the Dr. soon.



Dr. Alex came in and I started describing my concerned to him. First he looked at my ears and noticed it was too blocked to check for an infection. He was so kind to clean out my right ears and examined carefully what causing the infection. Then he wrote up a prescription for some antibiotics and gave his words of assurance that I’ll feel better soon. I was out of their clinic within half an hour and by the evening the pain gradually abated. I was off to celebrate a party later that night.



It was really a wonderful experience with DIC and thanks to their most professional and caring staff.

This urgent care facility had been very clean, quick and easy I had ever been too. That’s why loved this place very much.

But kudos to their staffs for efficiency and quickness shown in serving patients. As I entered the front desk girl greeted me and I filled out some light paperwork. She asked me to wait for a moment in the waiting room. It was very clean with nice arrangements for patients like cable T.V, books and magazines to read. Within a few moments a nurse came and asked me some questions and told the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor came in and he asked me about my concern. After a brief conversation he did a thorough medical examination and wrote up a prescription. I wanted to clear about some doubts and I really felt like he took his time to answer my queries. I was on my way within half an hour. I was surprised how quickly everything got completed.



If timeliness matters to anyone then I definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

This is one of the best urgent cares I have ever been too. A cold allergy was troubling me that finally turned into a sinusitis infection with severe sore throat. This place was easy to get too and I made my way by the evening 4 O'clock upon my arrival, the young lady sitting at the front desk took my details and asked to wait for a moment. She was extremely professional and helpful. Waiting area was clean and well furnished with good sitting arrangement.



Within a few moments I was called into the doctor’s office by a caring and kind nurse. It was her personality that impressed me. The moment she left, Dr. John came in. He listened to me very carefully. He did a thorough check-up of my throat asking most questions. They decided to test me for a strep.



They were very quick as it took only 20 to 25 minutes from drawing the blood to getting the actual test result. Gave me a shot of antibiotics to kill whatever causing the infection and shot of cortisone steroid to reduce inflammation of my throat. It was very effective as within hours the throat inflammation started reducing and by the next day I could swallow without hurting much. My puffiness due to sinusitis also reduced and I could feel comfort and better.



I had really a nice experience with them. Their treatments are really wonderful for speedy recovery.

I had been here last week with my mother who was suffering a really bad cold, headache with terribly stuffy nose.



Usually I don’t prefer the Doctors office, because I never had a such good experience with them. I thought of visiting urgent care and booked an appointment ahead. It was 10’ 0 clock in the morning I made my way to DIC clinic. Upon arriving their clinic, we were greeted by the pretty looking front desk receptionist.



My mother was new patient here so we had some paperwork to fill. Her vitals were taken and as it was over we were asked to wait for a few moments in the waiting room. It was well furnished with sitting arrangements for patient and cable T.V not to make the waiting patient bored. Within another 15 minutes we were in to see the doctor.



Dr. Syed, was one of the honest and friendly man I’ve ever met. He listened to my mother carefully and did a chest x-ray on her to check for bronchitis. Sure enough that was it, the Dr. Syed prescribed a dose of antibiotics with some other med.



My mother felt better within a few days after taking those prescribed medications. As far as our experience is concerned, it was overall good. The staffs were very professional and friendly with the patient. They’ve all the facilities within their clinics.



I definitely recommend this place for any urgent care treatment.

Last Saturday My Grand Mother slipped in bathroom and she got injured. But we thought it was minor injury. Next day she was unable to move her wrist. Luckily we’ve an Urgent Care so close to home.



Morning 9:30 we’re there, upon my arrival, we’re greeted by the front office staff and asked me to complete the paperwork. After a short while in the waiting room, she was taken to see the doctor. Dr Kapoor came and asked her in brief, He knew exactly what to do and went above and beyond to make sure she was healing properly. Steele & Henry took her for X-ray and we came to know that GM got hair line fracture in her wrist.



We had the pleasure of being treated her at by Dr. Kapoor. Their Staffs are great and he is an outstanding physician, not only with his knowledge, but is behavior and extraordinary caring. He was professional, honest, caring and to the point which I admire in a doctor. If for any unfortunate reason you need urgent care, this place is great where you can easily rush to. You can be assured of the kind of treatment you need with a big dose of human compassion…

This urgent Care Walk in Centre is one of the better ones in Lombard Nice interior, friendly staff, very convenient location. They treat a lot of tourists (fee: $ 55 ). I was there on a Monday afternoon, was seen within an hour, got my medication and felt better the day after. I will go there again if I need help on a weekend or in the evening.

I Came here with my boyfriend, who is suffering from dizziness and lack of sleep and got the most reassuring words and treatment. The doctor is patient and doesn't make you feel rushed like most doctors do.



Will surly return in the future, if needed!
