Dry Door

i would recommend this compnay.. They came on the date and time provided... there serive was great and they were very professional.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dry Door. Scheduled an appointment with them weeks in advance after having left them both an email message and a voicemail and they never called me back. Finally got in touch with them after my 3rd attempt. Took off a day from work, prepared my home by moving furniture, decorative items, etc. I called one day prior to confirm and got no answer.When nobody showed up during the window of time that they gave me, I called them. First try, no answer. 2nd try, the woman told me that they're not coming due to the recent hurricane. Since she was obviously in the office, I'm not sure why she could not have picked up the phone to let me know that they could not come. Instead, I have wasted my time and my day. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning provided by Dry Door. The two men were courteous, worked hard, and completed the job in record time.
