Comp U Max

THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!



I purchased an ACER laptop from Comp-u-max on Friday. The laptop would not allow me to log into the system. The laptop came in a box with no instructions or paperwork. I was told that this was a new laptop but it seems to have the previous owner's user information on it. I am extremely upset and I am trying to get a refund. Comp-u-max promised to contact me within 48 hours of my request and I have not heard anything.



If this issue is not resolved within the next two days I will be moving forward with legal action.
