K&S Tile Company

We chose K & S Tile and Granite, Inc. to lay almost 900 square feet of 18" x 36" tile in our home. What a fantastic job!!! We can't sing their praises high enough. Other companies told us we could not have a 1/16" grout line, but Kyle and his crew were able to accomplish this even with such oversized tiles. You have be really skilled to lay that large tile 1/16" apart and have it perfectly even. They started when they said they would start; they cleaned up when each work day ended; they even finished the job when they said they would.

Every day I get up and look at my beautiful floors and thank God He sent K & S Tile and Granite, Inc. to my door!! Thank you to Kyle and his very skilled crew!!!

I called K&S Tile, who was referred to me, and they responed in a very timely manner.They came to my home, looked at my job, took measurements, and called the next day with there estimate for the job.I agreed to the cost and scheduled the job for the following week on Wednesday. They showed up and did all the removal of my old tile in my shower and vanity top. They were very clean and respectful of my home as they hauled out all the old tile and disposed of it. They picked up the tile after i picked out what i wanted and were very helpful in helping with the process. After they had all the old out, they were there the next day to prepare the walls and vanity for the tile. Long story short, the end result was amazing. The quality craftsmanship was top shelf and the the job was done with my complete satisfaction. The owner of the company , Kyle, and his helper Nick did everthing from start to finish. If you want tile work, and you want first class work, at resonable and fair price, I would recommend K&S Tile in Lodi, ca .
