Pizza Hut

My husband loves their "chicken alfredo" without the chicken. He orders only that since it is his favorite. Tonight he called the order in asking for his usual and a P-zone pepperoni for myself. When he got there he waited at the take out window for several minutes. He finally got the food and checked his order and was shocked to see it was so small compared to what he always gets. The guy at the window said my husband only ordered a half order which is totally absurd. Then he tried to charge for the bread sticks. Bottom line is I heard him place the order and when he paid twenty some dollars for something that was NOT what he ordered and it was burned this Pizza hut needs to record telephone orders since they believe their little girl that takes the orders instead of the person paying for it. We will not go back until they retrain their manager and staff. The quality of service and food has gone down hill.
