        DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR FRANK (SONNY) STRICKLAND. HE IS A SLUMLORD! HOUSES ARE FALLING APART, ROTTED AND HE HIDES DAMAGES AND BLAMES YOU FOR THEM. HIS HOUSE IN LOCUST GROVE GA OFF PEEKSVILLE ROAD IS INFESTED WITH BLACK MOLD THAT HE PAINTS OVER TO HIDE!!! BEWARE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..RUN.....FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
