Wendy's Wigs

I ordered a wig in April. Wig was not received. Called several times to check and only reached voice mail. Last voice mail message stated I was going to cancel charge on my credit card if I didn't hear from them, no call back. Called credit card company to cancel payment. That part was very efficient. Would not use this company again.

I order a hairpiece in Feb. Was told it would be ready in a week to a week and a half. A month later it is still not here. To make matters worst, no one answers their phone. I even drove by the store, and it was not opened. I have left messages, and received one call back. At that time I was told it would be in on the 10th of March. Finally reached someone today, and was told they don't know when it will be in. I gave them one star because they said they will give me a refund. You can be sure if they don't I will post again.

Recently I visited Wendy's wigs because I was looking for a hairpiece to add to my thin hair. I could not believe the amazing selection of styles and colors. And, I was able to order a human hair piece for a reasonable price in a color that matched my hair exactly! The sales girl was very friendly and extrememly helpful and very patient. I recommend Wendy's 100% for any hair extension/wig need. They are great!
