Quality Care Consulting saved my sanity and helped me navigate when I was so scared and confused. They are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I felt like a member of a family. They set up tests rapidly, gathered my records immediately, and made sure my schedule and recovery stayed at the quickest pace my body could handle. I don't know how I would have gotten through without them. Physicians hustle you in and out as quickly as possible. QCC filled in the gaps and kept me informed. Would use them again, even for my children.

I would not even give this company a 1 star. I was injured in a massive car accident. My car was completely totaled! I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Suffered many injuries, including a TBI. A attorney that my family consulted with during the hospitalization suggested this Case Management company. They had a case manager with their company that did numerous things to stall my case. In return I lost all my care because the case manager at this company did not produce me for a independent exam (which I knew nothing about) Because of their unprofessional behaviors I have lost case management coverage, at home health aid services, therapies, coverage for doctors appointments, no ability to go to doctors appointments. This company also placed me in touch with a law firm that well owns the health agency that was suppose to provide home health assistance and care. major conflict of interest because the attorney has to get her money for her other company so she has a conflict and could not represent me. I have not been able to get into any specialist that were recommended by doctors at a Level 1 Trauma Center. This is the worst experience every. My family trusted them to help get benefits entitled to me under the No Fault Laws of Michigan. In return they played games and I will not get benefits until it is taken into a court of law. Which means this could take over 2 years to get benefits back. Which means no assistance and no therapies or vital testing of any kind. I would say to stay as far away from this company or any Case Manager associated with it! The state of Michigan should shut them down and they should face fines. They are playing games with peoples lives and recovery from major auto accidents. I found out about their questable practice and non cooperation by a independent attorney who contacted the car insurance, and another case management company that did not have kind words for Quality Care Consulting.

Because of being on my own I have falling on a daily bases, sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns, and had a glass lid explode in my hand. Quality Care Consulting should be ashamed of themselves. They will not even produce my case file to me, my attorney, or a new case management company. my family is suffering again because they are watching me struggle from down south and they can't travel to Michigan. It is bad enough they suffered for 2 weeks not knowing whether I would survive because of my injuries. Now they are forced to hear from doctor about injuries like major burns, cuts from glass, and falling on a daily bases.

If you love your loved one don't hire these company.
