        The studio offers a host of fitness classes & amenities. We have parent seating & free wi-fi. Exercise equipment for parent use while the children train. Massage Therapy to help the parents or fitness enthusiast relax & wind down from a hectic day. Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba & Hula Hoop Fitness are an option for training as well.

        The New Location is much nicer, the classes are well rounded with karate & kickboxing for children and adults. Located at: 16184 Middlebelt Rd. Livonia, MI 48154. It's in the Concord retail plaza same plaza as Dominoes Pizza & FitZone for women. It's the corner unit with a large karate sign on it. You can't miss it.         10 Star Rating! I highly recommend Metro United Karate (Mr. Allison). I had my daughter in martial arts somewhere else before finding my Metro United family, and knew after the 1st class (which by the way was free) we would be signing up. Mr. Allison is a 5X Karate/Kickboxing World Champion with titles won in every major sanctioning body (WAKO, WKA. NBL & NASKA) competing in Germany, Poland, Ireland, Austria, Canada and through out the States. In addition to martial arts instruction, my daughter is learning self-defense, anti bullying tactics, how to handle stranger encounters, the importance of physical fitness, participating in competitions and being rewarded for academic excellence. Mr. Allison actually has report cards posted. The icing on the cake...Metro United is extremely affordable with realistic payment arrangement options! I couldn't be happier with the self-confidence & control my daughter is displaying. What I love most, is that she loves going every Mon., Wed. & Thurs.
