My kitchen faucet wasn't working at all after my city had turned the water off and on repairing a main pipe down the street. I called Drains Unlimited because they were highly recommended by my daughter. Bill came out the next morning and fixed the faucet which had been plugged by debris. Their price was very reasonable and I will definitely call this company for any future plumbing problems.

I had Back up in my basement bathroom for the past 3 days and I called the City of Dearborn they recommended Drains Unlimited LLC and called them Jerry answered and because they were busy he referred me to his brother Bill. After countless hours of calling every plumbing company in the city I got a hold of Bill I was shocked that he came within minutes of me calling him. He was very knowledge and told me the exact problem with my drain and sewage system unlike most plumbers who come and do not get anything done for me. He was honest with pricing and recommended everything I needed to get done. After a couple of minutes he unclogged my drains. I am very happy with this company and Bills work! So thank you Bill!

I was referred to Bill at Drains Unlimited from a dear friend as I was struggling with a drain backup in my first home. As this was my first major complication as a home owner, I was in a full panic. I made the call immediately and was met with a shockingly prompt response. I was surprised to feel as though Bill was taking on my drain problem like it was his own. I received a free estimate that was the same as my final cost. The drain needed to be snaked and augured, and it wasn’t a pretty job. I have 2 very large trees in the front yard and the roots had grown well into the sewer pipe. Bill took the time to explain to me exactly what his process would be and upon completion, showed me with a camera snake where the problems were and what he had done to get the line flowing appropriately. I was impressed with his quick service and honest approach to his work. This can be a messy job and I was very thankful and how polite he was in going about his business and how clean it was when he left. There is an uncertainty in dealing with anyone servicing your home and whether or not you are getting just what you are paying for, and Bill took all this worry out of the equation and made me feel confident with the work he was providing. I appreciate his help immensely and will be using and referring Drains Unlimited for all my future plumbing issues. Thank You Bill.

I am a 65 yr old homeowner and a co-worker gave me Bill's business card which I took home and put it away for future reference. My co-worker highly recomended this guy after Bill had done an extemely huge drain job for her. Thanksgiving weekend, I discovered a running puddle in my basement. I'm so glad that I kept that business card. I met with Mr. William Trotter and he explained to me exactly why I had this problem. After meeting him and knowing my co-worker praises of him, he was hired! He took extreme care of my belongings by putting tarps around to protect them from the cement dust. He showed me the cracked drain and had me watch the monitor when they ran the camera threw my other drains. He was very professional and caring plus educated me. Trust me! I have hired some real let down contractors over the years. If I need anything done around my home, I'm calling Mr. Trotter first. Plumbing is not his only forte.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink and needed it to be snaked out. He was able to come right away to perform the service. He gave me a free estimate and it was incredibly reasonable compared to other companies that I spoke with. Work was fast and clean, even puts down white paper from door to the sink when bringing in equipment. Very personable and enjoyed conversations about growing up in Redford/Livonia. Knew some of the same people. Gave advice about keeping the pipes free of clogs. Even told us a problem that may happen in the future. A previous plumber attached plastic catch drains to our metal pipes, he said it may be a problem if we have to keep opening the pipe. It is nice to have advice but no pressure to have work done, just in case we notice some leaking.

I would recommend using Bill in the future because I definitely will!

Bill does a great work. He has really solid knowledge and stresses top quality results with customer satisfaction. I have had extensive bathroom work done (cabinets, plumbing, and tile flooring), sump pump replacement, and foundation drainage problems and leakage. All were done with absolute quality in mind, complete solid results, total customer satisfaction and at a fair price.

William is efficient and super-clean, spreading drop-cloth on my floor both at the door and where he worked. His price was at least $200 below Mr. Rotor's estimate and he showed me how to get the plug out of my bathroom sink and clean it out without extra charge! I called him to snake clay out of the line after the city & its contractor advised me to after a sewer line/tap replacement. He could show me on the camera that my line was indeed clean. I was so impressed that I asked him to give me ballpark estimates for some future plumbing/remodeling I want to save to do.
