Williams Water Well Drilling & Service

I called the office the Lady the answered the phone was very friendly, i needed a new well drilled for my house there prices where very competitive. Jon and his staff arrived there where on time, very professional they even finished earlier than promised!! They completed the job earlier than expected! I have referred them to everyone i know!

If you want a well water well contractor that will go out of his way to complete the job, John at William Water well is the professional to do the job. We had issues with the well and John came day or night to get our well running again and get the issues resolved. Most of the problems were mine and the kids fault, but John worked with us.

DO NOT pay this man any money until his equipment is on your property!! I do NOT know if Williams Water Well owner, John Williams, can drill a water well. I DO know that Mr. Williams is a prevaricator and an evasive business owner. I paid Mr. Williams half of the cost for drilling a water well on August 21. For four weeks, Mr. Williams told me how much it rained and he couldn't get his equipment onto my property even though he did not visit my property again until I threatened to call the sheriff's dept on him. Even then he would not answer my phone calls or return my messages. I had to file a complaint with the Polk County Sheriff's Department, and a deputy speak to Mr. Williams before he would take my call. Again, he tried to give me all kinds of excuses, and that my well was next on his schedule. I told him I wanted my money back. I got my money back on 9/21/14. Thank you, Polk County Sheriff's Department!! Good riddance, Williams Water Well!!
