Con and Kelly advised us on an extremely difficult real estate transaction where there were multiple bids and the bidding continued well into attorney review. In addition, there were legal issues with the property and the lawyers were not being reasonable. We won the deal after a long process and Con and Kelly supported us through out the transaction.
